10 Day Smoothie Challenge:
Starting in June, I want to motivate everyone to “reboot” their health with a 10 day green smoothie challenge. I will post pics and smoothie recipes on my facebook page and all your have to do is spend 5 minutes a day blending up some yummy smoothies and let me know how you feel after 10 days! The aim here is to show you how easy it is to incorporate good nutrition into your daily routine and get you FIRED UP to take control of your health! Woo Hoo!
